Team

We are a group of volunteers of PMI fascinated by the decree of projects and minds full of ideas…

We want to give children a holiday which never had and show them that their future is a project of the present… we hope that with your help we can help meet their little dreams of normality…

Project Management Kids Camp has 5 cooperative teams! 🙂

Program Team

You can have all the people, talent and energy in the world but it will not matter if all your people do is run around like headless chicken not knowing what to do with themselves. Enter our Programme Team. The guys there know how to show anyone the right direction, they gather the camp’s supervisors, build the schedule and task breakdown for everyone to enjoy their sweet time having something to do. With all this out of the way they could just lay back and observe their marvellous creation take shape on its own. Luckily, those are not the types, instead their being a joyful pain for everyone looking for gaps and imperfections. 🙂

Communication Team

Now that the new and shiny programme is done, and we have all those people itching to get to work, it may be quite a good idea to let others hear about us. That is where our Communication Team comes into play. Folks here are had picked veterans with shortest attention span, loudest voices and fastest typing skills. Their main task is to scream, shout and make us much commotion as possible so that everyone can hear about us, all in good taste of course. Add to this vibrant colours and a delicate taste for design and we get our own web page, facebook fanpage, our vision let loose in the world and a bunch of emails sent to various people in order to make their lives difficult, all in the name of a higher cause. If this is not enough, the Team also stays in close contact with the organisations, where our kids come from. After all, nothing would work the way it does if not for the kids. 🙂

Formalities Team

They say the pen is mightier than the sword. Well, looking at the work of our Formalities Team we are very much inclined to believe this and not even dare question the claim. Not everyone fancies being buried under a pile of documents, they, on the other hand, appear to have no problem with this whatsoever. We believe they even enjoy it in their own twisted way, digging through heaps of contracts, declarations, statistics, confirmations and appendices. Those are also the people with strongest wrist muscles trained on countless signatures they had to place. 🙂

Sponsoring Team

The whole idea of the camp is built solely on the work of volunteers and people with passion. Sadly, according to recent studies, commitment and motivation itself will not pay for gas and other attractions prepared for the kids. Luckily, we happen to have some pretty awesome people lying around the place. These fine folk can flawlessly translate our sponsorship offer to potential sponsors and partners and later on, through constant contact and cooperation, guarantee a long lasting relationship with people who also see a lot of sense in what we are doing, and who also want to help us achieve it. 🙂

Integration Team

With great powers comes great responsibility, and with great number of volunteers comes a time and space barrier. If not for the constant work of our Integration Team we would not even know how each of us looks like, not to mention talking with each other. They are the ones, who can tame this monster of logistic endeavours by realising the importance of human interaction and regular meetings. They even try to give us a little time to breath, but only enough so that we can get in shape before the next meeting. 🙂

Cooperative teams are the foundation of every success! 🙂
